Family mediation usually encompasses property and financial support claims, along with ensuring the best interests of the children are addressed through a sound Parenting Plan.
Each mediation session is scheduled for 2 hours.

Collaborative Practice is a forum in which each spouse is represented by their own lawyer, with the aid of financial and family neutrals who collectively work as a team towards helping the parties reach a settlement.
